The Dordogne is one of the most beautiful areas in France, containing an immense variety of landscape, architecture and history. Much of the charm of the region can be attributed to the undulating countryside with its rivers of the Dordogne, Cere, Bave, Autoir & Vezere; the presence of small farms with their mixed crops, its food, wine, the villages, bastide towns and chateaux; its wealth of history and the warmth and hospitality of its people.
As well as the many day trips that can be made from La Teuliere there are plenty of sporting activities including golf (in the shadow of a medieval castle - Chateau Montal), hiking, horseback riding, tennis, hang-gliding, hot-air ballooning, canoeing & kayaking.
